First Ref sheet that I have made that I have ever been happy with how it came out! The picture of Akili was pretty much referenced from [link] so credit goes to ~SilverHedgie for that. If you look at the two though, you will see that there are differences to the face because our drawing styles are different. The ref is in flat color so I don't start to hate it when I change coloring styles. I may do ref sheet commissions later, I'll think about it. I drew the clothes and his weapon stright into photoshop with my webtablet. I suck drawing stright into photoshop, so that's why the clothes aren't all that good.

Relationship: Single, but has a crush on Ember the cat
Personality: Akili has Dissociative identity disorder which means he has multiple personalities that can take over his behaviour, and do so usually without warning. Normally though, Akili is kind and gentle. He doesn't crack jokes all that often, but he does have a sense of humor. Akili often feels bad when his other personalities take over. He hates his DID and the trouble it causes, seeing himself as a pain and a burden for his closer friends. Three of Akili's personalities that take over the most are the 'little kid' which is where Akili becomes extreamly innocent and naive, finding everything exciting and wanting to play constantly. The other being 'the pervert/womanizer' Where Akili will flirt and hit on people, which is something he would never usually do. The third being an angry and violent personality that will try to attack anyone nearby. He will even attack his own friends when this personality takes over if they get to close.

Bio: Akili was born in a small little town, which had less than a thousand residants. His family, have had the ability to harness the stars for generations. Being able to use a unique form of energy and summon small little stars to help them. The Hoshio family was at first, very traditional, but have long since gotten with the times. They still do however do traditional ceramonies on sacred days. Akili should of been able to use the power of the stars like the rest of his family, however it skipped his generation, his younger sister however, can use these abilities. Akili and his sister were quite close, always spending time together and playing during the day, despite her being ten years younger than him. Life was simple and quite, there was hardly any action in the small little town, which made things boring at times. Eventually, when Akili was old enough, he set out on a journey to explore the world. Making a promise to his little sister to come back eventually and tell her all the great stories of the places he had seen. Akili during his travels had collapsed on a road from starvation on a hot summer's day, thankfully Ember who was out on a run spotted him and took him to her dojo to recover. Akili is currently living nearby in a small little house, having found the area much to his liking. He joined a team with Ember and Violet.

Friends
Ember: Close friend of Akili's. She had helped Akilli after he had collapsed on the side of the road after passing out from starvation. She allowed him to stay at her dojo. Akili has a crush on Ember, but has not told anyone about it yet.
Violet: Close friend of Akili's. He met her shortly after he awoke in Ember's dojo. The two seem to get on well and hang out a bit.
Sonic: Not so much friends, but more aquiantances as he stopped by the dojo when he had heard Ember had found Akili collapsed on the road.
Luka: Old friend of Akili's from his old home town. The two often dreamed together about getting out of small town and seeing the world.
Usagi Hoshio Akili's little sister, The two are very close despite how much older Akili is. She is currently in Akili's home town living with their father and mother. She is waiting for Akili to come home, or for her to be old enough to leave and go travel with him.
Rage: Friend, Akili met Rage at about the same time as Violet, when Ember dragged the two of them along when dropping in for a visit.

Other facts: Akili usually gets headaches and pains due to his Dissociative identity disorder. Akili can sometimes hear the voices of his other alter ego's in his head, though this is rare. The star on his head can glow, but it doesn't do much so Akili never makes it glow. When Violet is using her wind powers to give an updraft, Akili can glide down by using his ears}
